Jewelry Repairs
Yes, we offer complimentary repairs on manufacturing defects within 6 months of purchase. For accidental damage or wear-and-tear repairs, please contact us for a quote.

Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days of the date you received it. Please make sure you put items back in their original packaging before you send them back to us. The product must be unworn and accompanied by proof of purchase. All products are subject to inspection once we receive them.

The best way to change your order is to contact us at info@alexandramichele.com within 24 hours. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order.

Shipping
In stock items will ship in 3 to 5 business days. Out of stock items typically ship in 3 to 4 weeks. Custom designs processing time may vary. We will provide an estimated delivery window upon confirmation.
